Efficiency and effectiveness in operations, are a critical element to the delivery of the institution mandate. To this end, members of the Productivity Mainstreaming Committee are currently undertaking a working session with National Productivity and Competitiveness Centre (NPCC) domiciled under the State Department for Labour and Skills Development, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

The working session aims to embed a culture of productivity in the workforce by designing, implementing, and embracing initiatives that will assist to improve productivity.

The working session will enable the Secretariat develop productivity metrics that align with the Strategic plan and facilitate enhance efficiency with reduced costs.
