The Chief Executive Officer, NEPAD/APRM Kenya Secretariat Amb. Dr. Samori Okwiya, welcomed a delegation from ON  at the Secretariat offices. ON an athletic shoe and performance sports apparel company that originates from Switzerland and designs markets sports clothing and running shoes. ON an innovative company is driven by the ambition to create exceptional products for global athletes and  to nurturing talent to transform world champion athletes into productive citizens post their athletic careers.

The delegation from ON was led by Mr. Olivier Bernhard – Co Founder, Mr. Flavio Calligaris- Head of Athlete Strategy & Partnership, Mr. Kevin Quadrizzo – Athlete Strategy and Partnership and Ms. Navalayo Osembo General Manager, Africa.

The discussions primarily focused on exploring collaborative opportunities, particularly in the areas of robust sports governance, utilizing sports as a catalyst for Agenda 2063, promoting women’s economic empowerment, and supporting the implementation of the Energize Africa Initiative.

The meeting marked a strategic alignment between NEPAD/APRM Kenya Secretariat and ON, fostering potential synergies for impactful initiatives in the realms of governance, sustainable development, sports, and empowerment.
